Shree Planning & Structural Consultants is a Pune-based structural engineering consultancy led by M.Tech-qualified structural engineers. Our practice spans the full spectrum of structural consultancy — from multi-storey RCC framed buildings and pre-engineered steel structures to water supply infrastructure and solar mounting systems.

Condition assessment of existing buildings — survey of the frame, identification of distress, residual capacity, and a written report setting out repair or strengthening measures.

Currently under structural design in ETABS for Anchor Realty — modelled as a complete basement-to-roof RCC frame. At this height, wind response governs much of the design: the first mode shape establishes the building's fundamental sway period, while the gust deflection profile plots lateral drift up the full height against code-permissible inter-storey drift limits.

We appointed Shree Planning & Structural Consultants for the structural design of our Skylark Apartment project at Moshi. The frame was worked out carefully around the basement parking layout, and drawings and bar-bending schedules reached us in time for each stage of casting. Queries raised at site were attended to promptly, often in person. The structure has been executed as designed, economically and without holding up the programme.
