Dighi, Pune · 1,65,000 sq.ft · 2 Basement + Ground + 15 Floors
A 2-basement, ground+15-storey residential and commercial tower developed by Mr. Santosh Lahane, spanning approximately 1,65,000 sq.ft. Our structural design team delivered the RCC framework for this high-rise, balancing structural efficiency with the architectural vision of a landmark residential address in Dighi.

Ramtekdi Industrial Area, Hadapsar, Pune · RCC 70,000 sq.ft + PEB 10,610 sq.ft · Basement + Ground + 6 Floors
An integrated industrial and commercial facility combining 70,000 sq.ft of RCC construction with a 10,610 sq.ft pre-engineered building, rising to basement+ground+6 floors. The first floor slab was designed to carry at least two CNC machines at approximately 36 kN/sq.m in the machine bays, with the remaining working area designed for a 24 kN/sq.m live load.

A comprehensive campus comprising the medical college and its attached teaching hospital, engineered to support the specialised loading and long-span requirements of institutional healthcare and educational facilities.

Twin institutional buildings for the Late Karima Bahu — Uddeshiya Social Welfare Society: a Unani medical college (41,260 sq.ft) and its adjoining hospital (31,165 sq.ft), structurally engineered as an integrated medical education and healthcare campus.

Moshi, Pune · 54,000 sq.ft · Basement + Ground + 7 Floors
A 54,000 sq.ft residential development at Moshi, structurally engineered as an RCC framed building over a full basement. The basement carries parking and services, which sets the column grid for everything above it — so the transfer between basement and the seven residential floors was resolved first and the apartment planning worked to it.
Design and detailing covered the complete frame: foundations, columns, beams, slabs and staircases, together with reinforcement drawings and bar-bending schedules issued for site execution.

Mehkar, Buldhana · 13,500 sq.ft · Ground + 1 Floor
A grand G+1 residence spanning 13,500 sq.ft, structurally engineered for a classical-style facade with deep colonnades, ornamental cornices and a porte-cochère entrance. Long clear spans behind the colonnade and the cantilevered entrance canopy set the framing strategy for the house.

Dadar, Mumbai · Client: Anchor Realty · 4 Basement + Ground + 6 Podium + E-Level + 34 Residential Floors
Anchor Sky is currently under structural design in ETABS, modelled as a complete basement-to-roof RCC frame — a total height that places lateral stability, not just gravity framing, at the centre of the design. The full 3D model captures every column, beam, shear wall and slab, allowing the lateral load-resisting system to be verified together with the gravity system rather than in isolation.
For a tower of this height, wind response governs much of the design: the first mode shape establishes the building's fundamental sway period, while the gust deflection profile plots lateral drift up the full height of the tower under wind gust loading — checked against code-permissible inter-storey drift and overall sway limits to keep occupant comfort and structural serviceability within safe bounds.

A ground+3 storey retail and commercial complex, structurally designed to accommodate large open retail floor plates and multi-tenant commercial layouts.
13,500 sq.ft · B + G + 4
A basement+ground+4 storey commercial building for the bank's administrative and operational headquarters, balancing a compact urban footprint with the durability demands of a busy banking operation.
RCC 4,200 sq.ft + MS
A control centre facility designed to house critical plant operations and monitoring systems within a robust industrial-commercial structure. Delivered alongside a companion Security Block at the same facility.

Samata Colony, Dharashiv · Ground Floor Only · RCC 2,800 sq.ft + M.S. 400 sq.ft
A single-storey RCC facility combining 2,800 sq.ft of RCC construction with a 400 sq.ft mild-steel canopy. The design's defining challenge is the 3 m cantilevered entrance canopy slab, projecting completely unsupported at the front and carried on a uniform 250 mm depth across its full span — a slenderness that demanded careful top-reinforcement detailing, root shear checks and deflection control. Unusually, the cantilever also has no back-span support at the same structural level, since the anchoring roof slab lands at a higher floor level; resolving this vertical offset while maintaining moment continuity and construction-stage stability was the key structural exercise on this project.

A 3,950 sq.ft single-storey public facility in Dharashiv, structurally designed to provide open, column-efficient reading and stack areas suited to modern library planning — delivered alongside the neighbouring Women's Gym as part of our institutional works in the district.

Features a grid slab — a two-way ribbed RCC slab cast as an orthogonal grid of intersecting beams rather than a solid section, letting the structure span considerably longer distances than a conventional flat slab of comparable depth. By concentrating material along the rib lines, the grid slab achieves a high stiffness-to-self-weight ratio while keeping dead load, and therefore foundation and framing costs, in check.

A small and medium scale industrial shed with a basement godown for raw material storage, combining conventional RCC construction with a pre-engineered building structure.
